Cycle counting

Tools for cycle counting. Adapted and enhanced from the Yeti version.

Main routines

rainflow(peaks[, getoffsets, use_pandas])	Rainflow cycle counting.
sigcount(sig[, ampbins, meanbins, right, ...])	Do rainflow cycle counting on a signal.

Utility routines

binify(rf[, ampbins, meanbins, right, ...])	Summarize cycle count results (as from rainflow()) into bins.
findap(y[, tol, nan_check])	Find alternating local maximum and minimum points in a vector.
getbins(bins, mx, mn[, right, check_bounds])	Utility routine used by sigcount() to get bin boundaries.
