OP2.rdop2dynamics()

Reads the TLOAD data from a DYNAMICS data block.

Returns matrix of TLOADS. Rows = 5, 6, 8, or 9. Cols = number of TLOADs. TLOAD ids are in first row; other data in matrix may not be useful.
